Message	You'll note nixits post had nothing to do with where the car had it's work done. And when one purchases a "project car", it is generally for THE OWNER to do the work on it. Otherwise, it's a "customer car" to the person getting paid to do the work. Throwing money at a car is not the same as throwing blood, sweat, and hard work at it.
